30-day returns for store credit

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Approved returns are issued as THROWNBACK store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not offered for returns, except where required by applicable law.

Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions as regularly priced items.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

Start a return

Email info@thrownback.com with your order number and the item you want to return. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions and the approved return address. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Store credit

After the return is received and inspected, approved store credit will be issued for the eligible merchandise value. Original shipping charges are not included.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies required by applicable law.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned. Contact us before returning any item if you are unsure about eligibility.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the eligible item for store credit, then use the credit to place a new order.

European Union cooling-off period

If an order is shipped into the European Union, statutory cancellation and return rights continue to apply. Those rights are not limited by this policy.
