Free standard shipping on $100+ orders
Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $100 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping. The qualifying subtotal is the amount shown at checkout after discounts and before taxes.
Orders below $100 USD are charged the available shipping rate shown at checkout. Express shipping is not included in the free-shipping offer.
Processing and delivery estimates
Orders may require up to 7 business days to prepare before shipment. Pickup orders require approximately 1 business day. After processing, estimated transit times are:
- United States: 5–9 business days
- Canada: 5–9 business days
- International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs
Carrier timelines are estimates and can be affected by holidays, weather, customs, and carrier delays.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will email the tracking information provided by the carrier.
Address accuracy and returned parcels
Please provide a complete shipping address, including any apartment or unit number. If an incorrect address is submitted, contact info@thrownback.com before the order ships. We cannot reroute a parcel after dispatch. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Damaged or lost parcels
Contact info@thrownback.com within 7 days of the delivery date, or the estimated delivery date for a missing parcel. We will work with the carrier toward a resolution.
International duties and taxes
International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and other fees charged by the destination country. If duties or taxes are refused and the parcel is returned, return shipping costs may be deducted from any amount otherwise due.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order ships, the return policy applies.
